2. The service and its limits
Overview provides product discovery, market indicators, advertising information, shop research and AI-assisted tools. Available features, coverage and usage limits depend on the plan and offer presented to you. We may maintain or improve features and will communicate material changes affecting paid access.
Information may be incomplete, delayed, estimated or generated by AI. It is research assistance, not a guarantee of sales, profit, advertising performance or supplier reliability. Verify important information independently. Overview is not the seller of third-party products and does not act as their marketplace or payment intermediary.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Use your own account and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not share or transfer account access without authorization. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. We may require verification or proportionate security measures to protect accounts and the service.
4. Plans, payments and access
Paid access may be offered for a week or a month. The price, currency, taxes where applicable, access period and any promotion are displayed before payment. Stripe processes payments. You receive access according to the purchased offer and payment confirmation.
The current checkout schedules subscriptions to end at the close of the paid period without automatic renewal. A further period requires a new purchase unless you explicitly enable automatic renewal under the conditions shown in the service. Any free access or trial has the duration and limits displayed in the current offer; it does not override the terms of a paid purchase.
5. Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights
Contact support for payment errors, duplicate charges or a request to stop future access. Ending use does not automatically create a refund entitlement for an already supplied paid period, subject to the offer and mandatory law. Our refund policy applies only to the extent it is consistent with these terms and your statutory rights.
If you purchase as a consumer and applicable law provides a withdrawal right, the statutory period is generally 14 days from the service contract. Early performance, proportionate charges or exceptions require the conditions and express requests/acknowledgements prescribed by law; buying or using the service alone does not waive your rights. Applicable legal guarantees for digital services and remedies for non-conformity remain available.
6. Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, compromise security, disrupt the service, or use unauthorized automated scraping. Do not resell account access or redistribute substantial parts of the service's data without permission.
Respect privacy, intellectual property and third-party platform rules. Do not upload unlawful material or personal information you are not entitled to process. You remain responsible for how you use research outputs and for your own products, claims and advertising.
7. Content and intellectual property
Overview's software, interface, branding and original material are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Your plan grants a limited right to use the service for its intended research purposes; it does not transfer ownership. Third-party ads, brands and product materials remain subject to their owners' rights.
You retain rights in material you submit. You authorize the processing needed to provide the features you request. This does not give Overview unrestricted ownership of your uploads.
8. Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in providing the service but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free information. You must assess whether information is suitable for your decisions and circumstances.
Responsibility is determined by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, mandatory consumer guarantees, or remedies for a failure to provide the contracted service. Research estimates and third-party content do not constitute commitments about commercial outcomes.
9. Suspension, closure and changes
We may restrict access for payment failure, fraud, security risks or material breaches, using proportionate measures and notice where practicable. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. You can request account closure; legal retention obligations and accrued payment obligations may survive closure.
Material changes to terms will be communicated before they take effect where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired or replace consent required for optional tracking. Privacy practices are described separately in the privacy policy.
10. Contact, complaints and applicable law
Contact us first with a description of the problem and your account or payment reference, without sending full card details. We will seek a practical resolution. French law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules applicable to you.
Consumers retain any right to use competent consumer mediation and courts under applicable law. A choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections applicable in their country. Contact us for information about the consumer mediation service applicable to your dispute.
